After you submit this form, you'll be entered into our system and ready to sign in to our mobile app. Search for Church Center App on the App Store or Google Play Store. Open the app and search for The Lakes Assembly. Confirm that this is your church to log in. The system uses your mobile number by default to log you in. Enter your mobile number and then copy and paste the one time security code. Now you can pre-check-in your family before you walk through the doors and use our touch free kiosks to check-in and print your labels. You can also use the app to give, submit prayer requests, join groups, chat in groups, and register your family members for events.
